The following documents must be submitted when applying for admission to basic vocational studies:
- Notarized photocopies of certificates that demonstrate competition of all years in secondary school
- Notarized photocopy of secondary school diploma
- Candidates, who did not finish secondary school in the Republic of Serbia, are obliged to submit original transcripts of all years from the secondary school and a secondary school diploma accompanies by notarized translation into Serbian
- Photocopy of ID card
- Birth certificate
- Certificate of Citizenship
- Medical certificate (not older than 6 months)
- Two photographs (35x45mm)
- Proof of payment for the administrative fee of enrollment and taking the entrance exam fee
