May 10-14, 2023, the XX National Symposium is being held in Vrnjacka Banja with the international participation of the Association of Nurses, Technicians and Midwives of the Republic of Serbia, under the auspices of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Serbia and the Chamber of Nurses and Health Technicians of Serbia. The symposium is accredited for nurses, health technicians, doctors, dentists and pharmacists.

The first day was the ceremonial opening of the Symposium. In addition to the president of the Association,Mrs. Dijana Otašević, guests of the Symposium from the country and abroad also spoke at the opening. Mrs. Svetlana Sentjakov,manager, presented the High Medical College of Professional Studies "Milutin Milankovic" and spoke about the importance of education in modern nursing and that we should constantly work on the professional development of nurses and technicians.
